  Ally's Shrimp Original is probably the most used atlantic salmon fly in the world.
It is one of the greatest salmon patterns of all time and does well at any time of year
Alistair Gowans created this pattern to simulate the translucent, shrimp like crustaceans he had observed in trawler catches.
