About the Black Sedge Trout Fly
The Black Sedge has the prefect setting and shape of the wing that, when viewed from below by the fish, creates the required illusion.
It is a good fly to use when the light begins to fade.
This pattern is a favourite in the UK and most of Europe where the natural black sedge is common.
