What is a Flying Treble hook?

Sea Trout are infamous for coming short and nibbling at the tail of your fly and not 'taking' the fly. The Flying Treble is a solution for this problem by positioning a secondary hook which 'flies' behind the tail of the pattern. By presenting a classic Sea Trout pattern with a Flying Treble you will ensure a greater percentage of hooking.

The Flying Treble is attached to the front hook by fine wire or strong nylon which isn't too heavy nor too large a gauge. It must be sufficiently stiff enough to support the treble and avoid tangling or wrap itself around the front hook whilst casting.
